STW-hoto-for-RIDDOR-News-StoryA lot can happen in two years, from changing world leaders to new technology, however one thing that has not happened at Whitehouse, is a RIDDOR.

It has been 704 days since our last RIDDOR, which has seen our workforce work a combined total of over half a million hours, highlighting that health & safety is at the forefront of all of our activities.

This milestone could not have been achieved without hard work and dedication from our entire workforce ensuring a safe working environment is maintained 24/7 365.

Our Health and Safety strategy within Whitehouse has seen continual development over the previous two years, including the introduction of the behavioural change steering group who have liaised closely with the HSE and world leading health and safety psychologists.

This investment has helped win the hearts and minds of our workforce, enhancing our people’s commitment to implement outstanding health & safety practices in their workplace.

Whitehouse’s SHEQ Advisor Dan Donovan said: “We always look to continually improve our health and safety culture, practice and reporting. This achievement pays testament to the efforts of our people to continually raise the bar.”

Dan continued to say: “We hope this RIDDOR free time period continues for a long time and a massive thank you to all of our workforce who have helped develop a safety driven culture”.
