Following the successful implementation of our positive intervention scheme three years ago, in line with our continual improvement of health & safety programme, we devised our new “Beyond Zero” scheme.
Through HSE’s Health and Safety Laboratory consultation, we worked alongside expert psychologists to put in place a behavioural change programme.
The aim of our “Beyond Zero” programme is to win both hearts and minds of our entire workforce, in turn enhancing our cultural awareness of health and safety from apprentices through to senior management.
With our increased consciousness regarding health and safety, our accidents have decreased further, suggesting our behavioural change programme has complimented our positive intervention scheme wonderfully well.
