We are appointed to deliver Asset Maintenance across Severn Trent Water’s (STW) operating area including Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire. We undertake civils and asset maintenance on all types of pipework (sizes, materials, ages and manufactures) on both Water and Waste Water Treatment Sites.
The scope of works required under this framework include: footpath repairs and installing new footpaths, access road repairs, construction of retaining walls among many other civils works.
We provide reactive and emergency call-outs across the region and respond to bursts/leaks on various sizes of pipework and material. Significant traffic management is key to ensure little to no disruption to stakeholders in the area, including residents, business owners, and general traffic.
